Has Gov. Brownback reached his limit?

He apologized to an 18 year old high school student for violating her 1st Amendment rights of Free Speech, but will he call the dogs off "chasing one of the last links to Dr, George Tiller."

I doubt it, below a link to the one article that humanely looked into our predicament. Tens of thousands of copies are now being distributed across NE Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri. This is the alternative press, long may it live, in Brownbackistan, Kansas.
