about "Tiger Wood's kids" being a miniscule fraction of American children with disabilities, and how the implicit message in every advertisement featuring them with him was that private generosity could accomplish what government funding cannot. But this morning I got to wondering, "Where are the "Kids of Incarcerated African-Americans"? Well of course, we know where they are. Or rather, where they are not. Because they do not exist, much less have medical needs.
