Walter Brasch has an excellent article up on OEN about media incompetence in the Penn State affair.

::::::::

Continuing Mr. Brasch's exposure of media incompetence, how long will it be before Fox News hires Jerry Sandusky to pontificate about Republican family values?

Fox News has a record of hiring notorious Republicans who are notorious for having no moral, ethical or family values and presenting then as representative of Republican family values.   Fox News is blissfully unaware that they have none and are in fact representative of exactly the opposite.

Fox News allowed confessed adulterer Mark Sanford and serial adulterer Newt Gingrich to go on the air as representatives of Republican values.   Since adultery is included in Republican family values they should have no problem with Sandusky's behavior.

Jerry Sandusky has admitted getting naked and showering with naked prepubescent boys.   He calls it "horseplay."   I call what he's saying "horseshit."

Whether Sandusky is guilty of pedophilia and sodomy will be decided by a court of law.   I do know that its against the law for an adult to intentionally expose himself to defenseless young children.

Sandusky is now a famous media figure, much like a Kardashian who is famous for being famous.

As another example of the points Mr. Brasch has made in the article, I saw a headline a while ago that confirms what he's saying.

(Some) Kardashian Eats Ice Cream, Wears Shorts.

I'm not kidding, that's the headline in its entirety.

We're supposed to respect and admire the media for the time, effort and space devoted to making us aware of these extraordinary activities.   Well, I've done the same thing.   Want to hear about it?

I didn't think so.
