DIRECT ACTIONS ON THE FIFTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE IRAQ WAR: DOWNTOWN SAN FRANCISCO

 

Unless it is a desired effect, this presentation of the upcoming actions can lead one to think that use of violence and force – or at least active resistance to the use of such by police – is not excluded, maybe even planned.

 

I think that the organizers should consider whether this is an interpretation they want.

 

Apart from that I would hope people show up and participate – regardless of whether or not they agree with all goals and aims of a group we should set aside turf wars and minor differences for the greater good of stopping this plundering of humanity.

I think one thing people should ask before they join forces, is whether everyone agrees to set all other aims aside for this overarching aim and whether everyone agrees to “rules of engagement” – what is allowed and under what circumstances.
