Tomorrow (Monday, 10/15/07) will see the beginning of 2 new anti-terrorism/national security drills. TOPOFF 4, short for “top officials”, will be an exercise simulating detonation of a “dirty bomb” in Portland, Oregon (Phoenix and Guam are also involved). VIGILANT SHIELD 08 will simulate imposition of martial law to control civilians after a radiological event (dirty bomb).
This week’s drills gain an alarming edge from the missing nuke (a very special “dial-a-yield” warhead perfect for simulations) from the Minot AFB-to-Barksdale AFB “spear bending” at the end of August.
9/11/01 was a day full of drills. Commentary regarding false flag operations under the fog of drills will keep filling volumes, until further banning. But perhaps on this drilling eve, a most important aspect is that as many people as possible are aware of what kicks off tomorrow.
