I just learned myself of the recent death of Hal Sisson, and thought it should be mentioned here.

It is quite poignant to read his auto-obituary, and I particularly recommend the video "Hal Sisson: 9/11 For Whose Benefit," about halfway down this page: "Remembering Hal Sisson." It's funny.

Sisson was a Canadian war veteran, lawyer, novelist, humorist, and activist. We need more like him.
