John McCain has NEVER been IN a winning war, and during the war he WAS in, he NEVER set ONE FOOT on a battle field. He was a PILOT. He FLEW over CIVILIAN POPULATIONS and DROPPED BOMBS on them until his plane was SHOT DOWN and he spent the next 5 years in captivity. He then came back, deserted his FAMILY, chased after and married an Heiress who's DADDY gave him a job and bought his way into politics. He GREW UP, the RICH son and grandson of Admirals on the FAMILY PLANTATION, so he will NEVER be able to IDENTIFY with the VAST majority of those he purports to REPRESENT. Outside of the "town hall" setting of small attendance of his "fans", he is as illiterate and clueless as Bush/Cheney AND with the SAME policies. He continued to SCREAM the MANTRA "DRILL, DRILL, DRILL! DRILL HERE, DRILL NOW!!" IN THE GULF COAST, EVEN AS OIL RIGS WERE BEING SHUT DOWN IN PREPARATION OF ANOTHER, possibly devastating HURRICANE that was on the way, and another NOW, TODAY that may be worse than Katrina. His BASE, was telling his CONSTITUENTS TO PRAY FOR RAIN "Of BIBLICAL PROPORTIONS" for the Democratic convention, only to have GOD send these HURRICANES for the Republican convention instead.
