Time Of Woman Upstaged By First Black Candidate For President! Leading Feminist Letty Cottin Pogrebin Says Blacks Should Wait For 8 More Years So Time Of Women Can Be Fulfilled First!
By Levin Sheridan
This interview was aired this evening on PBS:
2/22/08
Co-founder of MS magazine, former editor and writer Letty Cottin Pogrebin was interviewed along with her daughter on PBS. These women were targeted for the interview because of Letty Pogrebin's success with promoting the modern feminist movement and her notoriety from it.
Letty is stuanchly for Hillary Clinton for President, while her daughter had switched over to support Obama. This has led to some tension between mother and daughter, which is why this interview took place in the first place. It was all about the conflict that Obama and Hillary are causing within the Democrat party. And what better way to show that on PBS than to show mother and daughter, but not just any mother and daughter team... a leading feminist tag-team.
Her daughter even joked "There was blood on the floor" because the fighting between mother and daughter was so severe. Mother, Letty Cottin Pogrebin, was accusing her daughter of "abandoning" the feminist movement.
To me it seemed strange they were joking over physical violence, this leading to a joke from the daughter who said "there was blood on the floor" indicating she was accusing her mother of instigating such aggression over having turned her back on feminism and for abandoning the cause of women!
This is kind of ironic coming from such anti-violence females... but... There is nothing really earth shattering here... but with what came next, I could not believe what my ears were hearing!
Letty Cottin Pogrebin was disappointed because Hillary was being over-shadowed by a "whipper-snapper" named Obama. She said Obama was inexperienced and not ready to be President and that he should wait his turn- say maybe another 8 years, but in the mean time what she wanted was Hillary Clinton in office as President for the next 8 years!
While a black man should wait his turn!
Why, women have paid a long hard price for this moment! And how dare a 'whipper-snapper' upstart like Obama upstage the long awaited crowning of woman! This is what all women have been waiting for! Waiting and working hard for the opportunity to choose a President who is not a white male! But NOT a black man! This is NOT what the feminists wanted when they said they wanted a choice! Waaaaaaaaaah! Not a black man! (Cry some more here)
Just when a woman is about to win for once, then comes the first black man! Heaven forbid! Or, did heaven sic 'em on her?
God does have a sense of humor even if Letty Pogrebin doesn't!
Letty Pogrebin said 'who would of thought that something like this would have happened!' Just when a woman is about to make it to the office of President, who would of thought that it would also be the first time for a black man! Waaaaaaaaaahhhhh!
How dare blacks try and upstage women's feminist movement moment to claim what they have paid their dues for! It is not your turn she says! Blacks have to wait another 8 years, and for right now, let a white woman have that spot! Waaaaaaaaaaah!
Hilarious! Unbelievable!
According to this feminist, Letty Cottin Pogrebin, she thinks blacks simply have not paid their dues yet, and it is not time for a black man to be President! This just can't be a black man's moment! Not now!
Nope, a woman just has to come first! How dare Obama interfere with the natural progression of women!
Uh, yeah right.
African Americans, leading feminazi Letty Cottin Pogrebin says step aside for her royal majesty Hillary Clinton to receive her crowning moment! (Tears please) Get out of the way black people! The feminists don't want you to rain on their parade!
This is a shocking opinion of a modern feminist named Letty Cottin Pogrebin.
Her hatred of all things male shines through. The only thing that matters to her is gender and nothing else. Vote woman. NOW.
African Americans, come back in 2016.
8-9PM show, 2-22-08. More than likely will be repeated on PBS schedule.
