Every time Dubya Gump speaks the market TANKS

When Dubya Gump started speaking this am the DJIA was down 89 points but by the end of his lame attempt to 'reassure the markets' it was down 190 points and is currently down 286. Look at the timelines and the conclusion is simple: Dubya Gump speaks=Market Tanks!

It is time for Dubya Gump to RESIGN ASAP, be impeached, or perhaps we could pray for an early death?
