Dear Mr. President,
We the American people are so deeply wounded by your abandonement of us it is hard to express. Thus far, the great opportunity your election represented has turned into the greatest of disappointments.
WE wanted peace, and you expanded war. You support the bankers and the debt slavery we were all born into when the federal reserve act was passed 98 years ago. You ram health care down our throats, rather than supporting our RIGHT to care for ourselves.
You are a brilliant orator and obviously a good family man, but your presidency, thus far, has been a digrace. George Bush had the excuse of being stupid. You don't.
So now the NDAA is on your desk. Provisions included in it destroy the rights we are guaranteed in our constitution. Rights tens of thousands of our ancestors fought and died for.
If you sign it, not only do you add more disgrace to your presidency, you are violating your oath of office. You swore to uphold our constitution, to defend it against all enemies, foreign and domestic. I heard you say the words, and cried with hope when you uttered them. I am holding you to it.
86 of those domestic enemies are sitting in the US Senate right now. As a United States citizen, I DEMAND that you veto this bill immediately.
If you sign, by the very measures written in the bill, you join the 86 senators as an enemy of liberty and the constitution, subject to the provisions of this bill.
There is still time to undo all the harm you have brought to our nation, and create a place of honor for yourself in our history.
