Yesterday, I heard about this question KOS was asking about FISA, Warrantless Wiretaps, and Bush's push to immunize the Corporations doing it. I didn't have time to get over and offer this information in the comments to the thread.
So here it is. Paul has been fighting this Admin thru congress from day one, along side Kucinich and some other Representatives with backbone. The assumption by KOS that he is silent on this issue is false. I have linked to the article by Naomi Wolf of the American Freedom Campaign below.
Other Libertarians have not been silent on FISA and Warrantless Wiretaps either.

This would STOP all Warrantless Wiretaps, not to mention a multitude of other terrible things the Bush admin and Congress have done.
None of the hulabaloo matters if we can stop the wiretaps in the first place.

Ron Paul on Civil Liberties
Both Sen. Clinton and John Edwards voted for the War and the Patriot Act. I don't give Sen. Obama a pass either, because he voted for the Reauthorization of the Patriot Act, and he even had time to read it. Then there's the fact that Clinton began the FISA Infringements after Oklahoma.
We really need to unite in this political climate of two faced politicians. I have made my choice based on these Politicians' Actions, not their empty rhetoric. The only one that stands true is Ron Paul.
Please consider this when voting.
