--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Dr. King' And His Dream Must Come To Bear!
At the Progressives Conference we can also suspect that Hillary and Kerry were using this conference as a finger in the water testing the temperature and pulse of the people. Democrats are looking to see which one of the losers has a chance to gain the ticket this round.
In my estimation neither are worth the race. Hillary although enticing, since she would be the first woman President has been a pro war advocate. Certainly it is from her husbands Bill Clintons term in office. He certainly made enough enemies to have Hillary wanting body guards and an Army around her for protection. John Kerry has changed his mind. My God....his whole persona after the Vietnam War was not enough to ingrain into his soul that war is never an option? No John is not our boy either. If he stuck to his no war position as he was in Vietnam he would have been creditable. Now he appears as a patronizer in the money game with the Republicans.
With issues of trust, and him not fighting over the Ohio fraud,, I wish John would now be working on helping us find a good candidate to take his place.
They are both no goes in my opinion.
Right now Russ Feingold seems to be following Kerrys change of mind attitude. Actually Feingold is another Eugene McCarthy when he supported the esculation of troops into Vietnam, then changed his mind two years after.
There are no true anti war candidates in the government now. They all support the use of the military. I guess that is what they fight about; who is in charge of the fighting.
We need new people, such as Cindy Sheehan, Ann Wright, Tim Robbins, Ed Asner, Noam Chomsky, or Howard Zinn.
Taking back America with the same War crew in my opinion is a lie as much as the lie you are trying to fight against.
Dennis Kunich, Howard Dean, Carol Mosley Braun, Al Sharpton, are all anti-war, but they are pro military. They even supported the war..along with Tom Daschle.
My question is where is Jesse Jackson and what are his views on war and the military?
We need an anti-war, and anti military candidate to take back America.
If I wasn't a white guy, I would run and be beating down your doors in Washington. But I know that I am for the breaking of the mold of that; nightmare from George Washington to George Bush; have all been white men holding reign in the Presidency. I want to support a black american, a native american, a woman of any race, to bring some real life to our nation. I therefore; know what we need, but can not be the instrument in achieving it.
Lets support Anti-War-Anti-Military Candidates. I know we will find the Dream Martin Luther King spoke about
