While watching interviews with John McCain over the past few years there seems to have been a noticeable decline in his intellect. Now he claims 'it just didn't happen' with respect to Thad Cochran's statement that McCain grabbed a Sandinista guy by the collar. Thad Cochran is a republican and will only be villified for speaking out so either McCain is LYING or worse yet he may have DEMENTIA and thus actually believe it didn't happen.
