Do Louisiana's storm shelters for evacuation exist? Are they just secret?

Do they jest? "Get a Game Plan?"

Hi Mr. M -
I have nothing to offer you save for my sympathy. I'm just a beginner in terms of trying to research this - but it appears that your state is unwilling to post the names and locations of the actual shelters on its websites. I see a rather sorry list of places that provide info in their functioning as information checkpoints. Roadmaps for the purpose of just leaving. The state's Department of Human Services apparently buys into the info checkpoints on the road. Do you have an opinion as to why the theoretical shelters are so freaking secret? If it's the new zipped up life for the benefit of the Military Industrial Complex (secret holding pens) I guess they just wimped/wussed out of printing those facts.
