The Democrats just agreed in Congress to let a ban on offshore drilling expire, now that's an inconvenient truth! This is pathetic. Looks like the party hasn't heard of global warming or Al Gore. Who are voters concerned about the environment supposed to support? Ralph Nader apparently. This is horrible public policy.All of our new investment in energy production must be from clean, renewable sources like wind and solar. Anything else sets us back in the long run. And yes, we need to think about the long run.
