Bias, without question, is the social manifestation of an inability to have emotional regard for others. This is caused by a diffeciency in empathic constructs, or a complete absence of empathic neurons from the brain. Bias is hate, and hate can easily be used as a prelude to violence, especially for obtaining resources from others, resources emotional communication deprived people cannot create for themselves, as emotional communication is the basis of the creation of resources: collaboration. This is not to say the biased cannot be clever; cleverness has little to do with emotion, those who are intelligent but lack the facilities of emotional interconnection, can easily develop strategies to enhance bias.

::::::::

With the rise of morality with the introduction of compassionate religions such as Christianity and Buddhism over recent millennia, and especially the rise of social science over the past century, the biased have had exercise special cleverness to continue their exploitations.

Native people are by definition connected to their environments, to the Earth. When colonists seek to exploit a region, they first need to get the natives out, and preferably enslave them. This process is technically annexation; the public domain, the free lands, are "taken" by drawing lines on maps, and those within the boxes defined by those maps are effectively trespassers -- even though they have may happily lived in those "boxes" for countless generations. It is in this way that all land has become private property. With the transfer of Rome to the Church around 300 AD, colonists had a new tool for annexation: twisted morality. The Church was able to pervert Christianity to enable capitalization by ripping the natives from their environments, and by "saving their souls," rip them from their very bodies: take the native from his land, and his soul from his body.

Social science by its very nature sought natives to study humanity in its natural environment, and by doing so, extended humanism from admiring natives, the "noble savages," to protecting them. Capital exploiters, then, needed a new strategy to combat native protection, to continue natural and human exploitation. They created Nativism, and defined it as pure racism; simply defined all that is good in humanity as themselves, purely evil.

Because social science lives with in the institution of Education, and Education is charged with creating the human components of the capital machine (Mumford, Spring), Social Science has had an exceedingly difficult time maintaining its integrity, and it has embraced Nativsm as a way to enhance its funding, and to perhaps to help carry out specifically cultural versions of its own captial agenda: the development and dominance of the new "multi-culture," the culture of global capital.

When I understood the significance native culture through the works of the humanist Benedict, and extended it through Darwin's and Suzuki's works, and then futher extended it by integrating my own experiences in the forests and along the oceans into the ideas of constructivism, I naturally worked towards the word nativism, excitedly hoping to embrace it.

But instead of finding defintions of native and hence natural ways, I found a description of some the most henious examples of capital structure. From works calling themselves nativism studies came a movie that describes the "current material" fairly accurately: the Decaprio movie, Gangs of New York. Capital, by perverting social science has effectively replaced the understanding of native culture with an image of a particularly henious anti-Irish second-generation Engilish immigrant,Poole, also known as "Bill the Butcher." Because "Bill the Butcher" may have called himself a nativist, all natives are therefore monsters, and Capital can continue to expolit natives, steal their properties, and annex their public domain, prehaps calling natives "terrorists" if they should try to defend themselves.

Rather than track down the so-called scientists who maligned the term nativism itself, I returned to the exceeding liberal college I attended, New Paltz, and carefully interviewed two students there, whom I had presumbed where fairly liberal themselves. Both them confirmed for me that they had taken from their studies an idea that natives are necessarily racist. I had a long interchange with my sociology professor at the time (only a couple of years ago), and he showed me that ample material showing "nativist" movements in the US that attempted to exclude outsiders and newcomers. But over time, I showed him real-life examples showing the duplicity by people using the world "nativism," and ultimately showed two that there are two kinds of outsiders: those who come to add to the existing culture, and those come come to dominate it to control and expolit it. In my last email to him on the topic, I described a minister in New Paltz who had recently arrived and felt it was on him to tell his congregation that Wiccans, who are common in the New Paltz area, are breeding children for ritual sacrifice: he was organizing a witch-hunt, and a state trooper sat in the front pew.

Click here is the text of the email conversation.

Outsiders or newcomers who are traveling hoping to enjoin other, native, cultures, and improve their localities are wanders, and natives in the sense that they are native anywhere. Those to travel to benefit themselves, or worse, as leaders of exploitation movements such as immigration waves, are colonists. Colonialism is a key component of Capital, and Capital is the end of native culture.

If the misuse of the word nativism is a way to malign social science as a vehicle for capital exploitation, then I believe that the only proper word for the movement assocaited with perverting nativism, is foreignism. Colonialism describes the underlying motives perfectly, but colonialsim does not describe the multi-directional exploitation that has evolved from colonialism: globalism.

This is especially true in the United States, a nation created through the most henious European colonialism resulting in a 90% extermination of the natives, and the most brutal treatment of a vanquished people: most of the abuses occured after the turn of the 20th Century (which we know from photography), and not during the post-civil war period, as educators and historians tell us. United States captial, as different from American natives, has operated a global exploitation empire through its multi-national free market corporate system, yet continues to exploit locally as if it is foreign: Blacks, Natives, poor Whites. And as part of its multi-national charater, it allows outsiders, the capital of other nations, to exploit internally to the point where United States is owned, actually many times over, by foreigner corporations and nations, espeically China. We cannot forget our other "debts," such as the narcotics debt to Latin America -- they poison, and we pay them.

Our government is not so much treacherous as foreignist, and Capital, bening non-native everywhere and purely non-natural, is alien
.

Social science shows us clearly that size creates problems, so logically a US break-up is an easy quick solution, and could include the break-ups of the other two "super powers:" Russia and so-called China. Simply looking the cruelty of US prison systems shows a decrease of empathy as "corrections" moves away from localities towards state governments, and a complete collapse of humanity when it moves to the federal level: simple math.

Localities must be given the abilties to protect their local cultures and resources, and be able to remove emotional communication defectives from power: self-determination.
