The tepid congratulatory message from George Bush to former Vice President Al Gore for winning the coveted Nobel Peace Prize smacks of jealously to the max.
Bush's message consisted of one sentence; two at most. It was so cold and so perfunctory that it makes one wonder why he bothered, except he was forced to do so for appearance sake.
The "appearance" of congrats was ripe with green-eye prize envy, something that Bush could do something about to rectify if he chose to do so.
There isn't a better time than now for the War-Monger-in-Chief to become a peacenik.
There's always next year.
