Tis absurd to compare Obama's Budget deficits to Reagan's

::::::::

In a recent article by a "respected" opednews author, they ridicule Obama's deficit spending budget to that of Reagan's wasteful budget's, which is a bit foolish for one to do considering.

Obama is inheriting the deficit spending and accumulated debt of all previous presidents of which the Bu$h II and Reagan years added prolific wasteful spending programs that did nothing for the security of the USA.

If the Treason fomenting culprits of Iran-Contra weapons for cocaine scandle were behind bars, then trillion's of $'s would have not been wasted on the never-ending farce War Of Terror based on lies and deceit.

Obama would not have to commit the US military or $'s to support the "Enduring Struggle For Freedom" in Afghanistan, that had nothing to do with 9/11 in the first place.

The former USSR was already reeling from internal hemorrhaging of failed state enterprises and Reagan just happened to be president when it collapsed, while adding trillion's of $'s of debt and interest to the American citizen with "Star Wars" military programs that still can't hit its intended target without pre-trajectory information.

Now, Russia is a leaner meaner fighting machine, at a time the stretched, demoralized US military is stale-mated in 2 campaigns of illegal occupation with no time-table for withdrawal.

If the Carter Energy Policy had been enacted, then the U.S. would not be so beholden to M.E. oil today, or committed to these immoral acts of aggression upon innocent people half a world away today.

With the Reagan regime agenda being much of the cause of the US misguided M.E. policies that are practiced still.

Stanimal is ??? I hear cries for freedom elsewhere, while the US becomes less so. I hear support for free markets, then demanding a bailout due to incompetence. I roll my eyes at those that accuse others being oppressed while the US has and (more...)
