::::::::
I began writing this as a response to a comment I received regarding the document I wrote and posted here entitled, "The declaration of non-dependence". The concerned patriot asked why I wouldn't simply propose to abolish all governmental lobbying, rather than my proposed solution. Well, let me say this to him and everyone else who is doing their part to try and save what's left of the republic:
Within a situation where there happened to be a much improved state of the justice system (why is the supreme court not currently inundated with cases that will cause the removal of un-constituional laws that have been quitely getting passed? - without any show of outrage by the mainstream media!), the idea to simply eliminate all lobbies is ideal; but it will never happen under the current model of the establishment.
The rights of the corporations to be heard and their interests defended, would quickly be addressed by those who have turned deaf to the cries for the rights of Citizens that are guaranteed to the Citizens by the supreme law of the land, the Constitution.
We who are aware of how the deal is really going down, need to come together in a way that will maximize our ability to help properly educate the people. We need to start looking into answers that can quickly appeal to citizens of all political viewpoints by circumventing the red tape that has helped cause their ineffectual, disgruntled, silence.
Today, as much as ever before in this country, an educated people will quickly become a motivated people.
That is the only way to remove the roadblocks to freedom that have been erected and are constantly being fortified, for the benefit of the few by way of losses incurred by the many. The many who are constantly being written about in insightful, important articles posted here on this website everyday, that document the seemingly myriad transgressions of our Constitutional rights.
These problems all stem from a systemic infestation of corruption. We each need to stop looking to quickly patch up our own beef with the powers that be - at the de facto expense of stalling any concerted effort to fix the entire crumbling structure.
The majority of citizens have grown to accept the idea of a crumbling, corrupt system of governance that is no longer functioning within the framework of the Constitution.
They somehow console themselves by saying things about the government to friends, family and co-workers, that they wouldn't have the balls to say to the face of those about whom they speak. Those whose job it is according to the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, to represent them.
They console themselves by cracking open a beer and turning on the television that directed them to buy that beer.
They console themselves by watching comedy that harmlessly pokes fun at the people who have run their ship aground, and are charging them for the repair bill; and who then squander the money they took to supposedly pay the bill.
They console themselves by repeating in their heads the false rhetoric they are fed by the propaganda outlets masquerading as news organizations, that blames other masses of citizens having differing views, for the utter lack of governmental responsiveness to the complaints they have.
They console themselves by believing that those who don't share their particular viewpoints are un-American, or least somehow less patriotic than they are.
Etc...
What we fail to see and act upon is the fact that we all have a common enemy. That we are all being preyed upon by the same seemingly insatiable monster.
We need to wake up and start acting together. We need to start concentrating on our common interests, our Constitutional rights. When we work together to restore the proper function of government, and only then, will all of our best interests be served.
Please read the document I posted here, on this most patriotic website, entitled "The declaration of non-dependence", and please share your views with me and everyone else.
