Evangelicals in Nigeria label kids as witches, and then make money concocting exorcism potions. The kids are abandoned in the streets and abused because they are witches.

I just found out today from steppingstonesnigeria.org that kids are being labeled as witches by Christian Evangelicals in Nigeria, and then abandoned or abused. I knew previously that the Evangelicals had decended on Africa like a bunch of vultures and had basically destroyed various tribal customs and religions. Artifacts from the indigenous religions that are hundreds of years old are thrown away due to the Christian belief system. Now I found out on a group on Facebook, known as save the African witch children that kids are labeled as witches and then tortured or starved to death.

The next issue I have here is why is Nigeria so poor when it has so much oil.
The oil companies and various foreigners basically suck all the resources out of Africa leaving them with nothing, but a bastardized version of Christianity. Now I understand that the overpopulating minions of China and the Middle East want to steal land away from starving Africans so they can feed their growing brood. What a mess.

I was watching a video on Che Guevara and it mentions that he tried to take the revolution to Congo, Africa but it failed due to the tribal splits in that country. Colonial powers have long taken advantage of poor people due to tribal splits or disagreements amongst themselves. It's time that we banded together.

 

I enjoy writing about political/ economic events, and I am especially concerned about the US as a warlike nation. I would like to see this nation turn itself around from a conquering nation in both commerce and war to a nation of peace. I hope that (more...)
