in 2005 after reading page 220 of The 9/11Commission Report: Omissions & Distortions by David Ray Griffin.
Although the final report of the 9/11 Commission omitted the testimony of Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta about his memory of the morning of 9/11/01, Griffin found the testimony in a monthly staff report listed as "Statement of Secretary of Transportation Norman Y. Mineta before the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks upon the United States, May 2003."
