In considering that we have become either the witless or feckless victims of a wretched government bipartisanly obeisant to the same cabal of greed masters, and that we have been betrayed by the activist movements each possessed of its own celebrity and fearful of its organizational survival should peace ever actually break out, I thought that the following quotes were germane and timely, perhaps timeless:
