WTF???? TURN OFF WATER for playing golf. IMMEDIATELY.
Someone in California CALL SACRAMENTO and clue the water powers that be. Golfing must be STOPPED before farming is stopped. People do not need grass to eat.
Appoint a committee IMMEDIATELY -- TODAY -- to account for golf-course water 'consumption' and, if decided later, RATION the water to turn it back on.
Also PROPOSED: A state sales tax on (golfing) 'greens fees' EQUAL TO 10 TIMES the PRICE to play golf. Fight the budget deficit with REVENUE.
Golfers are NOT We the People making LESS than $200,000 per year. (SALES) TAX the Californians who have money to play with. Drought survival laws ain't gonna matter until it matters to the people who are the matter.
