When the CIA released 18,000 pages regarding MK-ULTRA, it represented the cleaned version of what was destroyed by Richard Helms CIA director in 1973. These programs were supposed to have been abandoned under the claim that they were never able to succeed in the DELTA application of any of the 150 projects created. However, there is no conclusive evidence the CIA actually succeeded in controlling a person’s actions through mind control. The documents destroyed would have included: JFK (Oswald) , RFK (Sirhan Sirhan) and other DELTA successes. To this day Sirhan has no knowledge of his actions.
Once the leaks got out, investigations under the Church Committee and Rockefeller Commission were set up to misinform and console the public that these operation were in violation of civil liberties and the Nuremberg Codes and would be dismantled. A well orchestrated combination of Supreme Court involvement, the senate hearings and media blitz truly worthy of four star deception and propaganda. The decision then was to move all operations to clandestine locations and with private sector operations. Set up in Canada, South and Central America and Asian locations. One prime example was Jonestown in Guyana.
The funding for these operations could no longer run through defense budgets so it required that the CIA set up offshore banking and vacuum corporations. The funds were and have been derived from the drug trade largely controlled by CIA, Homeland Security and a portion of the law enforcement community. A best example is the Arkansas, Mena Airport central distribution point. This Op played a large role in Iran-Contra and other secret government projects outside the MK projects. Bill Clinton was instrumental to Reagan-Bush operations.
The drug trade has been a huge success for our government. Their error though, is not staging enough drug busts over the last twenty years. It has become quite noticeable and they have failed to keep up the appearance. The Cartels have had a free run into the US and other countries. Columbia Cocaine being a large US supplier and Afghanistan heroin to Europe and Canada.
The Mind Control projects have flourished since 1976. Using ALPHA, BETA and DELTA programming. Earlier I discussed the Reagan - Gorbachev 180 degree scenario. It opened up the Ex-Soviet Union to be the provider of the largest slave trading enterprise in history.

The reality of what goes on there will always be linked to ET and not MK Ultra as it should be. There is a possibility of NASA BLUE BEAM research there as well.
One day a call will come to John Doe at home. The caller will say the weather will be nice this Sunday. John Doe will respond with the handlers name. The caller will hit six keypad tones on the phone and the next day a man will walk into the the Main Street Savings and Loan and withdrawl a dozen lives with an AK-47.
