I received my A T & T credit card bill today. Again, it showed a finance charge
even though I had paid the bill on time. I was bound to get to the bottom of this once and for all. I called A T &T's customer service and was greeted once
again by someone who was difficult to understand. You wonder if companies do this on purpose. Anyway, it appears that AT&T has implemented this new policy
of charging you a finance charge effective immediately with each purchase that
you make. It is charged on a daily basis until you're bill is paid. It appears that the credit card company is no longer satisfied with on time payments. Every purchase is now subject to a finance charge. Late payments are now subject to late payment fees in addition to automatic finance charges on purchases.
Anyone else running into these new charges? I would be interested in
knowing.
