Bush, during his 'exit interview' with the press, sounded exactly like his right wing supporters. He whined and blamed others. just like Sarah Palin, and Rush Limbaugh, and John Boehner, and Mitch McConnell
and ALL the rest of the conservatives. Same kind of behavior. They are always good at dishing the dirt, but now that their leaders have to leave and go back to their 'private' lives, they can do nothing but be resentful, even in the face of their own wrongdoing.
Right wingers never admit what they've done wrong. All they do is blameshift, deny responsibility, deny they did any wrong and point their fingers at everyone else.
Don Henley, one of the members of the old "Eagles" rock group wrote this song and it really, really fits the slanderous, mean-spirited and evildoing, right wing neocons: ___
(Lyrics to song as follows):__
"I turn on the tube and what do I see__
A whole lotta people cryin' "Don't blame me"_
They point their crooked little fingers at everbody else_
spend all their time feelin' sorry for themselves_
Victim of this, victim of that_
Your momma's too thin; your daddy's too fat_
Get over it_
All this whinin' and cryin' and pitchin' a fit_
Get over it, get over it_
You say you haven't been the same since you had your little crash__
But you might feel better if they gave you some cash_
The more I think about it, Old Billy was right__
Let's kill all the lawyers - kill 'em tonight__
You don't want to work; you want to live like a king_
But the big, bad world doesn't owe you a thing_
If you don't want to play, then you might as well split__
Get over it_
It's like going to confession every time I hear you speak_
You're makin' the most of your losin' streak_
Some call it sick, but I call it weak__
You drag it around like a ball and chain__
You wallow in the guilt; you wallow in the pain__
You wave it like a flag, you wear it like a crown__
Got your mind in the gutter, bringin' everybody down__
Complain about the present and blame it on the past_
I'd like to find your inner child and kick its little ass_
All this bitchin' and moanin' and pitchin' a fit_
Get over it_
It's gotta stop sometime, so why don't you quit?__
[and just] get over it!!!
