Bush "at peace" waging war A new transcript reveals the president, on the brink of the Iraq invasion, full of faith, calm and unyielding optimism. By Mark Danner [2007-10-18]

My Letter to the Editor:

Bush "at peace" waging war

"A new transcript reveals the president, on the brink of the Iraq invasion, full of faith, calm and unyielding optimism"

His is exactly what one might expect from a sociopath, a psychopath, or from a sadistically violent, addictive personality, compounded by illusions of grandeur and superiority. Torture, inflicting pain and suffering, the obliviousness to the effects lack of health care has upon children, the record of massive Capital Punishment, his comment in a paper in college in which he said, "The poor are so, because they are lazy!" is neither "full of faith, calm or unyielding optimism," it is emblematic of psychosis and that this is not recognized by the author of those 'observations' gives one pause to ponder the educational defects and insights into character of the writer of such nonsense and Danner is on target with his analysis.

Bush, like Alan Greenspan is detached and incapable of humane empathy. It is not possible for someone of his nature to feel much of anything for others, nor of the after effects of any action, he might take.

The same has been said of many murderers and what onlookers call faith is anything but-a person of faith would show some semblance of conscience.

Anti-abortion, yet pro-every other segment of The Culture of Death and Sadism, does not qualify one as "full of faith, calm and unyielding optimism." It qualifies one as mentally ill.
