The above link indicates that we have indeed brought our version of democracy to Iraq. We have attempted to bribe the Sunnis with 75 million dollars to sign onto the constitution. Never mind the loathesome appearance of this, what about the financial crisis in this country and the overwhelming need in the south after Katrina?
