Cheney's wife announced her "important" child's book on CNN's The Situation Room? "I'm not talking about politics; this book is that important." Her announcement didn't cause a ripple in the publishing circles.So, ... what chance would the Cheneys and Bushes ever have in the publishing business without their positions, family names, and posture. I'm wondering if they even know what a manuscript is and what a rejection-slip looks like? Certainly, their books won't find Michael Moore, iPhone, or Harry Potter lines of eager-beaver buyers. I'm sure, too, that "Georgie is gonna' be checkin' them for them mistakes."
