It was reported by CNN financial analyst Ali Velshi that upon your arrival to the Hill that he asked if you agreed that the country was in recession but he was pushed aside by one of your security people. He then asked the question again and you turned your back on him. Just whom do you think you are Sir, to act as if you are not responsible to the people, by answering a legitimate question about the disaster we find ourselves in. You Sir, the last time I checked are appointed to the position you hold and therefore are a public servant and are obliged to answer questions that the public has a right to know. You may view yourself as being above the common man and therefore entitled to the arrogance displayed toward Mr. Velshi but you might wish to look at the latest polls, showing Americans displeasure with the current administration and it’s minions. We have watched as Cheney has ignored subpoenas, Bush has lied, and the rest of this corrupt group has thumbed its nose at the public. You Sir, show a lack of manners and civility that the American people have a right to expect from one of their PUBLIC SERVANTS and I hereby put you on notice, that we, the American voters are no longer willing to put up with such affronts. You obviously were absent when your parents were teaching you manners.
