WHAT A LOSER!!! He doesn't want to admit he's wrong and has been wrong. He's simply hoping to change his pitiful legacy. SIMPLY so he can try to have something to say in the State of the Union speech, he's hoping against hope if he delays long enough, there'll be "GOOD NEWS".
