Prisoners held at Guantanamo have the right to challenge their imprisonment in US civilian courts.  This ruling applies to prisoners the Bush administration is holding overseas and in Guantanamo.  The Court ruled that it doesn't matter how the Bush administration classifies detainees(enemy combatant, etc.).  Under the US Constitution, they have the right to their day in court.
