Harassment Du Page County Illinois
20 armed Sheriff and ATF Officers came to my kids home on Feb 3th 2010 and I am afraid they will do something else to me and or them!
After reporting this they then call ed DCFS on my kids, they are not shameful of treatment of the disabled within that County!
This was on the heals of the Election for Sheriff just one day before, and they had been watching me following me and my family for years.
Please look up the stories of police officers with complains within these towns and or Dr Casey Garik who was run out of the area because of coming forth with harassment. these stories were reported within the Chicago Tribune and other publication and its not an uncommon practice.
As in the case of former Governor Ron who was entrapped because of the issue of a company who was receiving TIFF money and using it for opening another business within another state, they took grant money from Chicago and caused workers to into get paid, and Governor Ron caused a bank to pay the employees which was one of the issues that caused clouted people from within the kick him out of office. Without due process of law and also raid his home!
In California there is the case of Attorney Richard Fine locked up because he had bought charges of corruption against two seated Judges who had taking money from a privately held child service business he won that case and then the judges got legislation to be created to overturn there conviction and then they when after Fine who has been locked up in prison ever since.
Then there was the case of the Woman who shot three Professors for tenner, she had family who were in the police, they covered up the alleged murder of her brother which it seems she had committed and within the use of CLOUT she was never charged.
Currently in Illinois courts they are attempted to use the SGT Drew Peterson case as a TORT so that they can continued to prosecute people without reasonable cause and then further violation all of the Admendments of Illinois and Federal Constitution.
Black people had no one to go to we have no legal system set up to aid us at all and can not afford the attorney fees! Because of my illness I am limited to what I can do and I am calling out for help please!.

The Fourth Amendment and 1983
The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution states "No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law." This is your constitutional right. 42 U.S.C. 1983, more commonly known as simply 1983 provides that if a person acting under color of state law, such as a police officer, violates your Civil Rights as guaranteed by the Constitution or Laws of the United States, he may be liable and required to pay you damages.

I need your help please, I have congestive heart, very high blood pressure ( 238/135) have no money, and now without means of a phone and or safety,for me and or my children who reside within the town of Wheaton Illinois are also under the same attack, in which I fear for their live, they were all attempted to work and take care of their responsibilities and they may end up harmed, arrested and or murdered, my known and unknown persons which may include law enforcement agents due to what I will state here, and I had witness by hearing over the phone at the time the attack by the sheriff's department happened on the heals of the stories I had launched, on various radio stations about the issue of corruption within the state of Illinois and the lack of protection of the Rights of African Americans within Illinois and or enforcement of civil rights laws. They are both dead, one an alleged suicide and the other were gunned down he knew too much about Sept 11th 2001. I am a former Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, and I am a radio talk show of 15 years one of the beginning members of Scholars for 9/11, 9/11 Truth. Friends of; Alfred Webre, Ted Pearson, Vanunu, Prof. Fetcher of the Scholars for 9/11 organization, and have had these person on my program along with Congressman Dennis Kucinich, Attorney Vincent Bugliosi, author and producer Peter Lance, Leuren Moret, Sgt Dennis Kyle, and launched a full scientific investigation within my programs on 9/11 on RBN radio, Truth radio and my television program being on the air over 15 yrs which had include public radio, now and within the past and other stations worldwide.
My name is D'Anne Burley activist, reporter and someone whose family had battled for Civil Rights going back as far as the 1930's Dan Burley who was a famed journalist, activist and hub on the past Black Press and entertainment industry. My father managed and edited many well read publications and was the founding father of Hip Hop, whose remains were buried within the cemetery Burr Oaks Illinois, a cemetery which made national news because of the removal of remains and stacked bodies. This story included facts of destruction of all graves by alleged personnel of said property. Within investigating I found out that this truly involved more than 3-4 more cemeteries in and out of the State of Illinois and bought this issue to the attention of the press, this story was some what reported little within Illinois and covered up opening the door for my family to be opened to other levels of attacks by known and unknown clouted persons who use and abuse Law Enforcement agencies in and out of Illinois as well.
Within this past year I uncovered corruption within the cemetery and it's sister properties with evidence of other properties within the states of Ohio, Boston and other Midwestern states one of parallel called BIG MAMA'S kitchen whereby the exact same thing happened whereby the same owners had a manager involved in disturbing remains, and was arrested and charged with the same crime as Burr Oaks Cemetery Illinois. I had reported and had gone to the alleged hearings on this matter bringing forth said evidence and told those involved that it was more than just the management team involved, and my knowledge of the management within the office of Burr oaks. Again these panels refuse to go further within investigations that if one looked into had much to do with the factor that has helped the state of Illinois to become almost allegedly bankrupt due to the mismanagement of pre-need burial money etc.
I also did investigations of the Sgt. Drew Peterson case, whereby his wife Stacy remains missing and other matters which were not covered within the mainstream media, and currently was involved in and also aired information on the other possible causes of the death of Bobby Kennedy, within talks with persons who have come forth to talk about possible other evidence which covered also the death of President Kennedy and the issues such as Sept 11th 2001 the Illinois connection. And worked to attempt to air and get information out on other people whose civil rights have been violated in and out of the state of Illinois within the use of law enforcement agencies again violation 4th,5th 14th Amendment of the Constitutional rights, of the People within the United States of America.
Because of my action of exposing the out right corruption and deviations of law by using law enforcement agents within the state of Illinois and elsewhere I am under attack, and this time those involved are using violation of Acts and Articles of Federal Constitutional Laws. These Actions and attacks stem from constant levels of monitoring my children Melissa and Brandon and my son's girl friend. All said attacks are both racially motivated, using the police and they're unknown agents who had been getting rights of entrapment and or, criminalize my children within the towns of Hinsdale Illinois, Villa Park, Lombard, Downers Grove, and now within the town of Wheaton Illinois.
I further state that those involved have rendered me without work, followed me, done things to my vehicle, attempted to make me and or my family members into gang members, watched and harmed my 21 yr old son, using him as a poster child for events that they are planning to execute very soon.
From prior to Feb 2010 and going back as far as when my son was 9 years old, he has been violated openly again with the civil rights organization involved to protect him, I called everyone, took this matter up with the Justice system again no investigation nothing. And I am one of many who have been exposed to this level of corruption using know and unknown policing agencies as a measure to launch these attacks.
On Feb 3rd 2010, they launched a raid with ATF officers who had no warrant onto the residence of my children within Wheaton Illinois. Using brute forced armed with guns using 6 unmarked and marked cars, and at least 20 agents allegedly looking for stolen property. ATF is not involved in stolen goods they are involved within handing guns tobacco not theft. In addition they were not interested in obtaining any information. They came in my opinion to future harm me, via my children, and grand children all under the age of 9 yrs old. At the time of the raid there was 1 9 month 24 yr old woman within the premise who has crone's disease by daughter Melissa, two of her 4 kids under the age of 4. My son's girl friend who was the only name placed on said Xerox copy warrant because she was NON African American to cover-up racism, She is white, 20 yrs old, with MS and works as does my daughter, and my son Brandon who has been frighten to death of these so-called policing officials who had victimized him and targeted him from the age of 9 which included him going into my car to get his game boy, whereby 9 officers within the town of Villa Park tossed him to the ground again with guns drawn and which was witnessed but again because DuPage County offers up no real civil rights organizations these conditions go on within public knowledge and without press.
Within the attack by Sheriff Zuruba's Agents in which only one was named on said warrant, this attack included no warrant from ATF. And the name of ATF was used by one of the unknown agents who came within the first car which blocked my son daughter and my 3 yr old grand daughter in the driveway while I was on the phone listening to everything and also with my attorney calling on the behalf of me and my daughter.
I have been called a gang member, my family called gang while within these communities they allow drugs, corruption and everything to gone uncovered. Black crimes are not investigated.
And now I have proof of how they operate these attacks against people they seek to run out and or lock-up and kill, here are the articles that appeared in the papers but indeed they will not cover my story because it involves African Americans within Du Page County and the State of Illinois.

Police officers' suit alleges harassment
Charges are latest to hit Oak Brook

Tribune staff reporter James Kimberly contributed to this report Published September 26, 2006 with the village already shaken by allegations of police harassment, two Oak Brook police officers filed suit Monday in U.S. District Court in Chicago alleging they were victims of a "vindictive and relentless campaign" by department officials to discredit them.
Officers Donald Malec and Martin Zelisko said officials sent false e-mails to embarrass them, planted tracking devices in their police vehicles and pursued trumped-up disciplinary action against them because they were speaking about the department to critical residents and trustees.
Attorney Kevin McJessy said the two were victims of "outrageous behavior." The suit names the Police Department and Village of Oak Brook, along with Sgt. Randy Mucha and other police officials.
"In Marty's case, the folks he was speaking with are the village trustees who have come to him and asked him about the functioning of the Police Department," he said. "I'm not aware that anybody's ever claimed that the officers aren't entitled to speak to people who inquire about matters of public concern."
The suit follows a recent $2 million payment by the village after an Oak Brook couple alleged they were victims of a similar campaign because they publicly criticized village government. They said Mucha and others improperly ran background checks on them, flattened their tires with screws and sent harassing e-mails.
The couple, Frances and Casey Gaik, said Monday that they were hounded to the point they have placed their house on the market.
The village admitted no guilt in settling the case, but the department is seeking to dismiss Mucha and has referred the case to prosecutors.
The Gaiks also said police officers improperly entered their home seeking information on them. Police said the entry was triggered by a burglar alarm and had nothing to do with the alleged intimidation.
The Gaiks said they traced the campaign to Mucha and other officials and now have concerns about remaining in the community.
"If I have a 911 call and there's a burglar entering my home, am I going to call these guys?" Frances Gaik said.
In Monday's suit, Malec and Zelisko, who were communicating with the Gaiks and other residents, draw on the Gaiks' research. They allege Mucha sent anonymous e-mails falsely accusing Zelisko of engaging in illegal cockfighting in an attempt to get him fired.
The suit alleges Mucha showed up to videotape the Gaiks' home when Zelisko was there on his lunch break to discuss turmoil in the Police Department. After this, Zelisko was given an eight-day suspension and a negative mark on his permanent record, the suit alleges.
Mucha has been the subject of previous accusations of hostile behavior. In February 2003, a Florida judge issued a protective injunction against Mucha after he allegedly harassed an Orlando man with whom he had a falling out after doing business together on eBay.
The man said Mucha sent him false e-mails and threatened to come to Orlando and arrest him, making "taunts and slanderous comments, such as, 'get a haircut for your booking photo,' 'see you soon,' [and] 'got a good address and pics of the house and subdivision.'" Complaints to the Oak Brook police about Mucha were ignored, he alleged.
Reached by phone, Mucha declined to comment and his attorney did not immediately return calls.
Village police, now under a new administration after the retirement of Chief Allen Pisarek last year, declined to comment on the latest lawsuit, saying they had not yet seen it.
A spokesman said police have referred Mucha's case to DuPage and Cook County prosecutors, as well as the village Board of Fire and Police Commissioners, which investigates allegations of officer misconduct.
"The chief of police as well as all the members here at the Police Department want to adamantly state that we have no reason to believe that our officers acted improperly," the spokesman said.
News of the latest lawsuit prompted Trustee Stelios Aktipis to call for the resignation of Village President Kevin Quinlan.
"No matter to what degree he is or is not involved in this ... the buck stops on this desk, and I think he owes it to the residents of Oak Brook to step down," Aktipis said.
Quinlan dismissed the call for his resignation with an expletive. He said there is no merit to the officers' suit and that the board settled the Gaik case at the recommendation of its insurance company.
The police officers' suit "doesn't surprise me," Quinlan said. "These are two officers that have records that have been called into question many times."
He added that there was no significance to reports that he was receiving e-mails from Mucha.
"I don't recall the exact nature of the e-mails I received from Randy," he said, adding, "I get a couple hundred e-mails a day. Probably half of them are for Viagra or cheap Cialis, like most of us [get], and I'm not soliciting those, either.

The cop who harassed the Gaiks is still on the force. If I broke into someone's house, ransacked their office, broke the mailbox, and tried to puncture their tires with nails at the end of the driveway I doubt I would be free to walk the streets. That is what happened to the Gaiks. (It has been on some of the local news).

The last thing they did was called the DCFS on my daughters children they are evil doing things to people who are attempting to work, with disabilities, my son I can say has PTSD from all of the policing attacks over his young life, there are other people in that area involved in massive drug operations and other things that they are NOT involved in looking into
