I read your comments about the situation all around you, and your attitude about what you can do with the Administration. Mind-boggling !!! Your seem afraid to stand up to the people "in power". You forget YOU are the ones in power, and it's time to let the "thieves" know that they have overstepped their boundries. Just needed to get that off my chest!
I am interested in how the G8 conference is going and just how these learned folks are going to handle the starving millions around the world. I wonder if they even care or are they just waiting for the starving to just die so they are gone and forgotten.
Oil prices could be handled if the USA had not made that little deal with Saudia Arabia. The crash of the American dollar is the fear. The USA would end up losing everything if they said to the Middle East they will stop ordering crude and depend on their own supplies. Most Americans do not know that they are sitting on oil reserves capable of carrying on for 40 odd years. The Bakken Basin under North Dakota and Montana has been tapped already. Every landowner on top of this pool of oil have become instant millionairs, so they are not worried about the cost of fuel anymore.
