Arrested sex offender served Clinton, fished with Bush & boasts of 'shadow government'

According to the Sheriff's office, "Davis is a registered sex offender convicted out of San Diego County in 2000 for a felony violation of attempted lewd acts with a child under the age of 14. School officials with the Los Altos Elementary School in unincorporated Whittier were unaware of Davis' conviction, when he was allowed to read to the school children at a "heroes day" at the school to celebrate Veteran's Day."

Davis, 56, went to the school "wearing his Army uniform on November 10, 2010" and read to the public school children, despite the fact that he is listed on the megans law website. It is not clear who initiated the visit.

The Sheriff statement continues "Norwalk Station sheriff's deputies became aware of the incident on January 28, 2011, while verifying the addresses of all sex offenders registered in the unincorporated Whittier area. The deputies recognized Davis from the reading event at the school and initiated an investigation along with the Special Victims Bureau of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department."

In an extremely odd prologue to the statement, Norwalk Sheriff Station Captain Pat Maxwell chided "parents and guardians" to use the resources on the internet to protect their children, neglecting entirely the fact that it was solely the children's government school, not their parents or guardians, who subjected the small children to a child sex offender:

On his personal website jwdavissolutions.com, Davis boasts a lengthy resume of his "top secret" security clearances as well as his interactions and photos with Bill Clinton and a fishing trip he took with George Bush senior.

On his online resume dated 1-18-10, Davis details his position as "Director Emergency Actions, White House Communications Agency, Washington DC" from August 1990-1994. Davis boasts of extensive FEMA training and "Top Secret SBI SAP Special Background Investigation Special Access Programs". He also lists "Secret" duties from 1977-1986 and "Confidential" duties from 1974-1977.

In his current business, Davis advertises "Security Cameras for Business and Home", touting "We can service and install security camera systems for your home and business. Monitor your cameras from anywhere in the world via the internet and smart cell phones".

Davis offers speaking presentations at a rate of $300 per hour and uses the 'READYAmerica' U.S. Department of Homeland Security official logo in his slide presentation. He encourages people to "Obey directions from authorities" and links to the ready.gov and fema.gov websites.

On his "credentials" page, Davis states that his "last two commands were dealing exclusively with continuity of government or now known as "The Shadow Government" Serving as the A-Team commander for relocation and survival of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chief's of Staff, and Presidential successors..."

Davis says he "was responsible for over 1 billion dollars worth of equipment, supplies, and cash;
