Allegedly there are physicians returning from duty in Iraq who are telling stories about how US military physicians are EUTHANISING wounded Iraqis who have severe life threatening injuries. Instead of families having the option to choose to either do everything possible to keep their family member alive vs. making their family member a 'do not resuscitate', the physicians are making the decision themselves. So they will have an Iraqi with a major traumatic injury and they will give the Iraqi high doses of narcotics/sedatives until they die i.e. EUTHANASIA! I have no reason to doubt what I have heard. On a personal note I think euthanasia should be legal under certain circumstances but it is very hypocritical that we won't do it to a US soldier but we will do it to the Iraqis.
