Remember Chief Justice Roberts confirmation hearing? Remember Associate Justice Alito's confirmation hearing? Remember how they both swore up and down to uphold precedent? Remember that little Latin phrase: stare decisis?

I wonder how the big oil corporations and the big financial services companies feel about the Supreme Corp's latest ruling?
This ruling does irreparable harm to American consumers and obfuscates the Sherman and Clayton Antitrust Acts. It recreates the operative, manipulative tools of robber barons and throws back consumerism a full century.
