An Open Letter to The President of The 50 United States of America

Today this Day: July the 27th; 2009

This Official Office to the President of the 50 United States is hereby notified that a Registered Letter is to be shortly sent to the Address provided below; and that this Notice and that Letter will constitute our Official Petition to have the President of the United States personally respond with either a "Nay" or a "Yea" to the following Petition and PROPOSAL for IMMEDIATE ACTION as a MATTER OF NATIONAL SECURITY: on BEHALF of the SONS OF THE NEW PHILADELPHIA and the PEOPLE of the 50 UNITED STATES of AMERICA; this following ADDRESS; to wit;

One. ) That the President of theUnited States of America Bring Forthwith a Proposal for an IMMEDIATE OPEN FORUM AND DEBATE on the Probability and POSSIBILTY of GAMBLING the FATE of OUR NATION on the COMING POLE SHIFT of the ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDnear or ON December 21 2012.

Two. ) That as this Subject is Brought Before the American People that we begin to Stockpile; Pre-Prepare awith Food, Water and Medicine IN CASE we DO INDEED Suffer what ALBERT EINSTEIN declared could be a Magnetic Pole Shift that was fast approaching as his beginning calculations are BEGINNING TO PROVE based on Calculations upon the figures formulated in theResearch of one Professor Charles Hapgood.

Three. ) DUE to this AFFECTING Each and Every American Citizen we EXPECT that Every EXPERT on THIS SUBJECT approved by a PANEL HEADED BY AL GORE thereby BRING to this OPEN FORUM the QUESTION of how we may guarantee the CONTINUED EXISTENCE OF AMERICA.

Five. ) At that moment the Office and the President of the United States will both; by their service and his Sacred Oath shall be declared IN BREACH of THEIR Duty and SACRED HONOR to Uphold and Defend the Constitution of the United States: and thus we will then Present to the SUPREME COURT OF AMERICA THE FOLLOWING PETITION: to wit:

The Right of the American People to have the Supreme Court call an

IMMEDIATE STATE OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY:

And that it further suspend Any and ALL Elected Officials of the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT who WILL NOT UPHOLD AND DEFENDOUR NATIONALSECURITY be IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM OFFICE FOR NOT SEEKING to PROTECT:

the LIFE;

LIBERTY and PURSUIT of HAPPINESS

for EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN;

and furthermore that the SUPREME COURT CONTINUE DOWN THE CHAIN OF COMMAND UNTIL ONE SINGLE ELECTED OFFICIAL WILL UPHOLD OUR CONSTITUTION: and TRY TO PROTECT the AMERICAN PEOPLE and their INALIENABLE RIGHTS; chiefly: LIFE.

Six. ) As by Now the ENTIRE Field of Experts on the POSSIBILITY of a Magnetic Pole Reversal being more than "one thousand to one " is STILL TOO HIGH A POSSIBILITY TO IGNORE WITHOUT A VOTE by ALL 50 STATES: AS THEIR WELFARE as Each and EVERY ONE of these 50 United States is then AT RISK.

Seven. ) Thus as the Sons of the New Philadelphia we ask on the basis of our Occupancy of AND Residence in THIS ONE STATE; as Representatives of it and of the CITY of PHILADELPHIA itself the Right as Citizens of It and America that If we do bring this to the Following Conclusion we will; if necesary, FILE THIS SAID PETITION for the

SUPREME COURT TO DECLARE A STATE OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY

As the secretary for the Sons of New Philadelphia I was chosen for my expertise in Constitutional Law; in fact I am aware that Barack Obama himself studied such matters closely.

If you study the Rule of Invoking the Power of the Supreme Court to Protct and Defend the Constitution from any and allthreats he and you also will see my argument is not only present itself in the Core Principle of the Life of the Republic; for without Life the Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness become Moot.

With the help of Al Gore and the other Experts on a Congressional Panel for an Open Forum after the Panel makes it findings Public I believe it behooves Our President Barack Hussaen Obama to look at our request ( which is to declare a National State of Emergency Now so he can be given the POWERS in the CONSTITUTION to take CONTROL of our GOVERNMENT and START the Aforesaid PROCESS NOW )before such a request must be carried out as an ACT OF LAW by the Supreme Court of America; as wisdom would seem to dictate that we do it nowand so be summarily done;
