Americans follow the Bible in their way of life. Actually they follow only one line from the Sermon on the Mountain.

::::::::

 I was always puzzled at the way  Americans think, function, talk, behave, communicate. The way they conducted themselves in many cases  could be  defined as childish if only you can appreciate the  childish behavior of the very much grown up adults.  In another way it can be called deliberately naive. I could not find the root cause of that  unfortunate feature until I referred to the Bible. And there  I  found it in the Sermon on the Mountain:

'Blessed be the poor in spirit  for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven'

Oh, my God! That's it!  Americans take it literally and that is why this country is full of the 'poor in spirit' imbeciles and morons who   follow this guidance perfect themselves in the imbecility and  want to enter the Kingdom of Heaven! They just follow the rules!

For years I was saying that Americans had developed their own sectarian Christianity which  picks and chooses what they want from the Bible and then treats  it as a rule. That particular rule above is a gem because it blesses the backwards, the simpleton, the stupid, the imbecile, the  no- brain dupe, the dork, the .... any face you see on our TV now. Poor in spirit, that's it!  If you are like that you are blessed and no matter how much kool-aid you drink it is not enough.

Eat your checkers. The Great American Puzzle is solved.  Happy Thanksgiving. Gobble- Gobble, toil and trouble..

 No offense, folks,  just read your Bible.
