Commence the prosecution of George W. Bush for his launching a War of Aggression against Iraq, the Supreme Crime Against Humanity, and his lying profusely to do so.

  UN Security Council voted twice to reject Bush Jr's request for a 2nd war resolution to attack Iraq, so in true "outlaw" fashion he boasted he didn't need a new resolution - instead he would use his political capital to break the law, attack Iraq, killing all those Iraqi citizens and American soldiers on "false pretense".
