We have just withinthe last 36 hours or so discovered that a House Joint Resolution calling for a Constitutional Convention is being ramrodded through both houses of the Ohio legislature. There is to be a hearing, without public testimony, and a vote on this coming Wednesday. That means that Senators and Representatives need to be bombarded with calls to stop it on Monday and Tuesday! It may be a move by the Ohio "Republicans" to get some good PR on the budget. Note the exception in this balance budget resolution (above) for war.
