According to the New York Times’ Joe Nocera,

“In point of fact, the dirty little secret of the banking industry is that it has no intention of using the money to make new loans. But this executive was the first insider who’s been indiscreet enough to say it within earshot of a journalist.”

What this means, gentle reader, is that your local regional bank (e.g., BB&T, PNC), and eventually your local credit union, will be under direct threat of takeover from the likes of JP MorganChase, BankAmerica and Wells Fargo.  At which time your services, across the board, will be slashed and your fees will continue on their never-ending march towards usury levels.

So much for Christian lending practices in this, “one nation, under gahwd.”

The objective of the Bush Administration is, clearly, to so disrupt the American economic, political, media and social systems with criminality and corporate malfeasance that it won’t matter how gifted the leader who takes over on January 20th, 2009 is, they will be dealing with massive civil

unrest fueled by massive unemployment, widespread homelessness, disease and, yes, starvation.  And it will ALL be the “new guy’s” fault.  Sooner or later.

This is about consolidation into one world government, folks.  This is about global economic and political collapse on a scale never before seen at any time in human history.

Welcome to the New World Order.  Same as the old world order, only with more people dying and disappearing than ever before.
