Given that approximately a third of all deaths in Gaza since these attacks began have been the deaths of children, - more than 200, - Why is there no mention of that in this Bill? For without such reference, without provisions to prevent any more of these insane child killings, this effectively becomes the "Child Slaughter Bill of 2009".
