ABC News Doing Hit Job on DNC and Obama about Lobbyists

I see ABC is doing a high number of articles on all the lobbyists at the Democratic Convention. If it were normal coverage there might be one or two articles, but I see a WHOLE SLEW of them. We need to watch their coverage of the Republicans to see if the talking heads interrupt Republican coverage as much as they have Democraztic coverage, leaving a lot out so the talking heads can pre-empt air time with their bloviating. ABC, in addition to AP, is doing an inordinate number of hit jobs on Obama and the Democrats. Let's see if they do that many or even any at all on the Republicans+

::::::::

ABC NEWS GOES AFTER DNC ON LOBBYISTS—I WONDER IF THEY WILL DO THE SAME ON THE REPUBLICANS AND THEIR LOBBYISTS?

I am publishing this in my diary so as to inform the public of the kind of biased reporting that is coming out of ABC News (and probably other networks too, but I am a blogger on ABC news website where I get some of my news.

I don’t mind if a news organization is even handed and covers wrongdoing wherever they find it, but I have noticed an ABSENCE of reporting on John McCain’s relationships to lobbyists.

Here today I’ve noticed, on the last day of the Democratic Convention that ABC News seems to be doing a pretty constant, one-sided hit job on Obama and all the lobbyists that are coming and going to parties at the Convention event. I wouldn’t mind if that were part of even handed coverage. But I bet when the Republican convention comes out, you won’t see much coverage about John McCain's lobbyists and their RNC connections, which, actually are huge and obscene.

So, will ABC  publish these same kind of stories when lobbyists descend on the Republican Convention?

I bet they won't. People need to write to ABC News and put ABC News and all  other networks on notice that we Democrats will watch their coverage of the Republican Convention and see if they publish similar stories about the Republicans. If not, there needs to be an ivestigation of the mainstream media for partisanship in reporting the news.

Here are some examples of the kind of stories ABC News is putting out. Will they do t his to the Republicns too?
