We Hold These Truths (whtt.org) is a good website to check out. It promotes respectful yet logical spiritual activism to challenge fearmongers in the right wing Christian community and challenge the biblical misteachings and false translations. Finally words and actions to just say no to fear based theophilia (if there is such a word).::::::::
I have found out that there is an organisation that is calling to account the flagrant missuse of Bible texts in order to justify war and killing. We Hold These Truths is not only a web site, but a spiritual activism group that dares to picket right wing churches in order to make the members think twice about swallowing the theology of the fearmongers who want apocalyptic and rapturesque thinking to be their guide instead of peace and justice.
