Pablo Picasso's father signed his name: J Ruiz. So, is this a Picasso I have?

::::::::

I bought this J Ruiz print (26 inches x 37 inches) years ago, for twenty bucks or so, mostly for the oak frame, at a garage sale, in White Salmon, Washington. It is signed in the lower right corner J Ruiz.
The scene is a natural setting, looks like the Alps. I had put a children's Dick and Sally print over it.

J Ruiz by Allan Wayne

Recently, I looked up J Ruiz on Wiki, and found that it is Picasso's father's name.

Picasso was baptized "Pablo Diego JosFrancisco de Paula Juan Nepomuceno Mar de los Remedios Crispiniano de la Santima Trinidad", a series of names honoring various saints and relatives.[2] Added to these were Ruiz and Picasso, for his father and mother, respectively, as per Spanish law. Born in the city of Maga in the Andalusian region of Spain, he was the first child of Don Jose Ruiz y Blasco (18381913) and Mar Picasso y Lez. (Wiki)

Signature on my print

I have not been able to find any paintings by J Ruiz to attempt to verify the signature. Perhaps the esteemed art aficionado, his emeritus Lloyd Rowsey, can help me here, and see if I have an authentic J Ruiz signed print. If successful, we can go on a rail tour of the seven continent, or two, since there are no trains to five.

On a controversial note, however:
